    A: You can find comprehensive information about Mobile and Baldwin Counties including access to the entire Gulf Coast MLS,seller reports, buyer reports, information for newcomers and a host of other information.

  2. Q: Are you a realtor, a broker, and/or have professional designations?
    A: I am an Associate Broker Realtor with several advanced designations: ABR, CRS, e-PRO, RECS and Fine Home Specialist.

  3. Q: Do you work full- or part-time as a real estate agent?
    A: I am a full time realtor.

  4. Q: How many years of experience do you have?
    A: I became a realtor in 1998

  5. Q:How many properties do you sell per year on average?
    A: I sell between 30 and 35 properties yearly

Seller Questions:
  1. Q:Can you provide a specific written marketing plan?
    A: I can provide a specific written marketing plan.

  2. Q:How long does it take you, on average, to sell a home?
    A: The time to sell a home can vary greatly from two days to six months.

  3. Q:Will you advertise a property during the entire listing period?
    A: I advertise the propety for the entire listing period.

  4. Q:Should you not perform, can the listing agreement be cancelled?
    A: Yes, if my client is not happy with my services I am happy to release them from their listing agreement.

Buyer Questions:
  1. Q:What training have you taken that relates to representing buyers or relocation?
    A: The core CRS courses contain training for buyers and relocation. I also have obtained the ABR or Accredited Buyers Representative.

  2. Q:How are you compensated?
    A: I am compensated by my Broker from the fees in the MLS or brokerage fees from a FSBO sale.

  3. Q:Can you provide a FREE relocation package?
    A: Yes, I do provide a free relocation package.

  4. Q:What days/hours are you available to show homes?
    A: I work by appointment and can show homes seven days a week from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Personal Questions:
  1. Q: How long have you lived in the areas you service?
    A: Most of my life.

  2. Q: What are some of your favorite hobbies?
    A: I like to travel, read, play with our two dogs and two cats, dance and sing.

  3. Q: Can you provide a personal resume and references upon request?
    A: I will be happy to provide any information and references upon request.

  4. Q: Why should a client work with you versus another agent?
    A: I feel I have more advanced designations than the majority of agents and I treat everyone as if they are a member of my family.

  5. Q:What is the best way to get in contact with you?
    A: The very best way to reach me is to pick up the phone and call me on my 888-489-8001 number which follows me everywhere I go. I answer my phone 95% of the time if I am with a client I get their information and return their call at a later time.
