  1. Q: What can I find in your web site?
    A: We have free home search for both Mobile and Baldwin counties, free special reports for both sellers and buyers, latest news that affects local and national real estate markets, monthly newsletter, biographies of our team members, and vendor lists.

  2. Q: Are you a realtor, a broker, and/or have professional designations?
    A: I am a realtor and e-PRO. My wife Cristy is an associate broker.

  3. Q: Do you work full- or part-time as a real estate agent?
    A: We work full-time.

  4. Q: How many years of experience do you have?
    A: I have been a realtor for almost 4 years. Cristy has been a realtor for over 21 years.

  5. Q:How many properties do you sell per year on average?
    A: We sell somewhere around 80 properties a year.

Seller Questions:
  1. Q:Can you provide a specific written marketing plan?
    A: Yes, we would be happy to e-mail you one.

  2. Q:How long does it take you, on average, to sell a home?
    A: In Mobile County it is about 60 days. In Baldwin County it is about 125 days.

  3. Q:Will you advertise a property during the entire listing period?
    A: Yes we will.

  4. Q:Should you not perform, can the listing agreement be cancelled?
    A: Yes, all of our agreements have this language in the contract.

Buyer Questions:
  1. Q:What training have you taken that relates to representing buyers or relocation?
    A: Keller Williams offers many courses that are geared to helping buyers.

  2. Q:How are you compensated?
    A: We are compensated by the seller of the property at the close of the sale.

  3. Q:Can you provide a FREE relocation package?
    A: Yes, we would be happy to provide information on any town that we serve.

  4. Q:What days/hours are you available to show homes?
    A: We are available 24/7. Owners listing homes may not be that flexible, but we can work on specific schedules.

Personal Questions:
  1. Q: How long have you lived in the areas you service?
    A: 30 Years

  2. Q: What are some of your favorite hobbies?
    A: Walking, swimming, dining out

  3. Q: Can you provide a personal resume and references upon request?
    A: Yes

  4. Q: Why should a client work with you versus another agent?
    A: We feel that we seek first to understand the customer's needs and desires and based on that knowledge will find develop a plan to accomplish the customer's goals.

    A: Cristy and I have both worked for builders so we have that background that we feel helps in new home construction research.

    We also have a large investor customer database that has given us extensive background in all aspects of purchasing a home.
