- Q: What can I find in your web site?
A: We brought to our site information that is important to know when you buy or sell real estate in the Valley of the Sun. We also offer online maps for orientation and free access to the Arizona Multiple Listing Service.
- Q: Are you a realtor, a broker, and/or have professional designations?
A: We are licensed REALTORS? for the state of Arizona. Jane has her BA in Communications and Jeff an MBA. He also has the e-PRO certification from the National Association of Realtors.
- Q: Do you work full- or part-time as a real estate agent?
A:This is a full time business for the Daley Team
- Q: How many years of experience do you have?
A: We took early retirement in 1999 and started our second career in real estate.
- Q:How many properties do you sell per year on average?
A:In 2006 we sold 104 properties and help over 100 Buyers find a house they could call home.
Seller Questions:
- Q:Can you provide a specific written marketing plan?
A: Yes, every home must have a marketing plan in place to optimize the marketing process.
- Q:How long does it take you, on average, to sell a home?
A: Usually we sell our home in less time than the average days on market and for an average of 3% more money.
- Q:Will you advertise a property during the entire listing
period?
A: We have one of the most agressive advertising programs in the industry. We share this will all of our clients before we start marketing their home.
- Q:Should you not perform, can the listing agreement be cancelled?
A: We have an easy out to our contract. We are please to say that we have not had a client excercise that right todate.
Buyer Questions:
- Q:What training have you taken that relates to representing
buyers or relocation?
A: We are certified relocation agents, but more importantly, in our corporate career we had 14 domestic moves and 3 international moves. We have not only the formal training but the inside knowledge of what relocation is all about.
- Q:How are you compensated?
A: Typicallly the seller or developer pays our fee, however, our fiduciary responsibility is to our buyer.
- Q:Can you provide a FREE relocation package?
A: Absolutely, we not only have great information on our web site but we also provide a comprehensive reloaction package to buyers.
- Q:What days/hours are you available to show homes?
A: Our business hours is from 8:00 - 6:00 PM Monday through Friday and Saturday, Sundays and out of hours by appointment.
Personal Questions:
- Q: How long have you lived in the areas you service?
A: Almost 15 years in the Valley
- Q: What are some of your favorite hobbies?
A: We enjoy water sports, hiking, biking, boating, and most anything related to the outdoors.
- Q: Can you provide a personal resume and references upon request?
A: Yes. We also provide information about us on the web site.
- Q: Why should a client work with you versus another agent?
A: We have extensive business experience both in the corporate world and now the self employed world. We provide professionalism and bring experience, and honesty to the business. Our clients truly come first.
- Q:What is the best way to get in contact with you?
A: We make it easy. Call or email us. We provide one telephone number to our clients and then use technology to make sure our clients can contact us. We always disliked it when an agent gave us 5 different telephone numbers where they could be contacted so we keep things simple.
- Q: Is there anything else you would like to inform your clients?
A: Yes. We would like to reserve those comments for a personal conversation and for now just say thanks for your consideration.
