    A: I am a realtor with a CRS designation

    A: Full time

    A: 5 years

    A: Yes

    A: 30 to 90 days depending on market conditions

    A: Yes, I advertise in several publications as well as online

    A: My CRS training was extensive

    A: The seller compensates the agent

    A: I give my clients 110% personal service and attention to their home buying needs as well as helping them after they get into their home. Most of my clients become friends, the relationship does not end at the close of escrow.
