    A: I am a very innovative Realtor....very crerative and knowlegable about real estate

  3. Q: Do you work full- or part-time as a real estate agent?
    A: more than full time!!!

  4. Q: How many years of experience do you have?
    A: I have been working for my own for last 15 years, but for the last 2 years I have been working for public also.

  5. Q:How many properties do you sell per year on average?
    A: 10-15
Seller Questions:
  1. Q:Can you provide a specific written marketing plan?
    A: Yes

  2. Q:How long does it take you, on average, to sell a home?
    A: depends on many facts.if i have full cooperation of the seller, I can sell it for less than a months.

  3. Q:Will you advertise a property during the entire listing period?
    A: Yes

  4. Q:Should you not perform, can the listing agreement be cancelled?
    A: any time, but I over perform.
Buyer Questions:
  1. Q:What training have you taken that relates to representing buyers or relocation?
    A: I have had clients of mine who relocate from all parts of the country.

    A: the sellers and the moving company have compensated me.

  3. Q:Can you provide a FREE relocation package?
    A: Yes

    A: I am available any time as long as the client is willing...
