1. Q: What can I find in your web site?
   A: Information about all parts of South Santa Barbara county, including beach front, estates, single family homes, condos, neighborhoods, etc.
   
   
2. Q: Are you a realtor, a broker, and/or have professional designations?
   A: I am a Realtor, an associate broker with Prudential, CRS, GRI
   
   
3. Q: Do you work full- or part-time as a real estate agent?
   A: I work full time as a real estate broker.
   
   
4. Q: How many years of experience do you have?
   A: Since 1988 - so almost 20!
   
   
5. Q:How many properties do you sell per year on average?
   A: I have sold over 300 properties in almost 20 years.
   

1. Q:Can you provide a specific written marketing plan?
   A: I have a very specific marketing plan, and fine tune it to each property, whether a condo or a major estate.
   
   
2. Q:How long does it take you, on average, to sell a home?
   A: The days on market vary with the "market" - some took 1 day, others have taken 3 months. Pricing is key, and I am very good at that!
   
   
3. Q:Will you advertise a property during the entire listing period?
   A: Yes, I will advertise a property during the entire listing period.
   
   
4. Q:Should you not perform, can the listing agreement be cancelled?
   A: The listing can be cancelled if I have not met the seller's expectations, or performed as promised.
   

1. Q:What training have you taken that relates to representing buyers or relocation?
   A: Training for my Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) along with 20 years of experience helping buyers in all price ranges ($100,000 to $20 million)
   
   
2. Q:How are you compensated?
   A: I typically receive my commission from the seller's agent through the Multiple Listing Service. If a one-party transaction, I negotiate my fee from the seller. Very rarely does a buyer pay my commission.
   
   
3. Q:Can you provide a FREE relocation package?
   A: I do have a Free relocation package.
   
   
4. Q:What days/hours are you available to show homes?
   A: I show property typically from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. - depending on availability on the part of the seller. I work 7 days a week if needed.

   A: I have lived in the Santa Barbara area since 1974.
   
   
2. Q: What are some of your favorite hobbies?
   A: Travel, skiing/snowboarding, gardening, movies, dinners with friends, reading.

   A: I have a personal resume and references are available.
   
   
4. Q: Why should a client work with you versus another agent?
   A: My clients like my tenacity, legal background, teaching experience and great attitude! I am an realistic optimist.
