   A: You can find information on new homes, my listings, schools, local utility companies, links to City Websites, City Chambers of Commerce, and local interest websites. you will find reports on many Real EState Topics and reports I have written on many of our local towns - histories, population, events, etc.

2. Q: Are you a realtor, a broker, and/or have professional designations?
   A: I am a realtor and I am a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), and I also hold the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation (SRES)

3. Q: Do you work full- or part-time as a real estate agent?
   A: I work full time, night time, daytime, all the time.

4. Q: How many years of experience do you have?
   A: 4 years

5. Q:How many properties do you sell per year on average?
   A: 20

   A: Yes

2. Q:How long does it take you, on average, to sell a home?
   A: Todays market 2 - 6 months

   A: Yes, newspaper, Realtor.com, Movewest.com, MarkThorngren.com, Craigslist

   A: Absolutely, I want the people I work for to be my strongest supporters.

   A: The GRI designation training took 1 year, I also have been a member for 3 years of "By Referral Only" - a national organization which provides monthly training and several 3 day refresher classes each year.

   A: I am compensated by my clients referrals, in addition to the normal seller commission
