- Q:Can you provide a specific written marketing plan?
A: Yes. Each marketing plan is tailored to the clients needs.
- Q:How long does it take you, on average, to sell a home?
A: This is partly based on the marketing plan determined after meeting with the client and the strategy decided.
- Q:Will you advertise a property during the entire listing
period?
A: Absolutely. Advertising online and on print is provided in addition to brokers tours and weekend open houses.
- Q:Should you not perform, can the listing agreement be cancelled?
A: Yes. This is discussed with the client however I have never had a cancelled listing agreement.
Buyer Questions:
- Q:What training have you taken that relates to representing
buyers or relocation?
A: Most buyers or specifically relocation buyers need local information about neighborhoods. I provide this for my clients through relocation guides, neighborhood tours, and local information and suggestions to help them familiarize themselves with an area to determine if it is the right fit for them.
- Q:How are you compensated?
A: My commission as a buyers agent is determined through the commission the seller has agreed to and is posted in the MLS. A buyers agreement detailing commissions can be provided.
- Q:Can you provide a FREE relocation package?
A: Absolutely.
- Q:What days/hours are you available to show homes?
A: In real estate, being available to clients is important. And I work closely with my clients to ensure we see properties at a time that works with their schedule and their needs. This fluctuates by client and is not a specific day of the week. If I am on vacation, I always have a fellow agent available for my clients to call in case they would like to see a home in my absence.
