General Questions:

  1. Q: What can I find in your web site?
    A: It is a custom website, not a typical Real Estate Template. You can search the MLS in real-time for properties that interest you, receive auto email alerts from your search (almost daily on new listings that come on the market before others see them) tips & tools to help buyers, investors and sellers. Information on Colorado, schools, places of worship. All great information to help people with their Real Estate needs and to help achieve their goals.

  2. Q: Are you a realtor, a broker, and/or have professional designations?
    A: I am a broker associate and realtor with RE/MAX Northwest Inc. and a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.

  3. Q: Do you work full- or part-time as a real estate agent?
    A: Full time. You can't serve your clients in this business working part-time!

  4. Q: How many years of experience do you have?
    A: 20+ Years with RE/MAX Northwest Inc.

  5. Q:How many properties do you sell per year on average?
    A: Depends-usually 12-15 properties - I work the Luxury Mountain Home market close to Denver as well as Metro Denver, which gives me a nice market share between the two.
Seller Questions:
  1. Q:Can you provide a specific written marketing plan?
    A: Yes, I have an aggresive marketing plan - mostly web based.

  2. Q:How long does it take you, on average, to sell a home?
    A: It varies-5 years ago it was 30 days-Today Mountain properties can take up to a year!

  3. Q:Will you advertise a property during the entire listing period?
    A: Absolutely. What ever it takes!

  4. Q:Should you not perform, can the listing agreement be cancelled?
    A: Yes, depending on the sellers cooperation during marketing the property.
Buyer Questions:
  1. Q:What training have you taken that relates to representing buyers or relocation?
    A: Courses that relate to buyer representation and relocation.

  2. Q:How are you compensated?
    A: In Colorado, brokerage fees are paid by the seller/banks etc.

  3. Q:Can you provide a FREE relocation package?
    A: Yes, and very detailed and location oriented.

  4. Q:What days/hours are you available to show homes?
    A: I work around my clients schedule, however I like to take Sundays off.
Personal Questions:
  1. Q: How long have you lived in the areas you service?
    A: 30 years.

  2. Q: What are some of your favorite hobbies?
    A: I'm a great Sports fan and believe it or not Real Estate. Keeping abreast for my clients-it's a Passion!

  3. Q: Can you provide a personal resume and references upon request?
    A: Yes, if need be.

  4. Q: Why should a client work with you versus another agent?
    A: Experience and putting your clients needs first.

  5. Q:What is the best way to get in contact with you?
    A: Email or phone & website.

  6. Q: Is there anything else you would like to inform your clients?
    A: Yes, I'm always here for them, even after closing. Clients for Life!
