   A: 20

   A: 25

   A: If you contact me, yes.

   A: Average does not work in a volatile market.

3. Q:Will you advertise a property during the entire listing period?
   A: Yes even for sellers.

4. Q:Should you not perform, can the listing agreement be cancelled?
   A: No such thing as not perform

   A: Normally Seller pays.

   A: While any agent can be a part time buyers agent. Few are full time.

   A: In 20 years in R.E. Every sale consummated. No remorseful buyers.
