    A: I am a full time agent

  4. Q: How many years of experience do you have?
    A: I have 24 years of experience we can uses to help you with your decision.

  5. Q:How many properties do you sell per year on average?
    A: 39 per year, average
Seller Questions:
  1. Q:Can you provide a specific written marketing plan?
    A: Yes

  2. Q:How long does it take you, on average, to sell a home?
    A: This area it is about 125 days, we are not a large metro area.

  3. Q:Will you advertise a property during the entire listing period?
    A: Yes, of course.

  4. Q:Should you not perform, can the listing agreement be cancelled?
    A: Yes
