A: I have a twenty six week written marketing plan!

A: Averages will be in line with the market and buyer determination.
- Q:Will you advertise a property during the entire listing
period?
A: Yes, as long as the sellers are willing to adjust this plan
accordingly for the entire listing period.
- Q:Should you not perform, can the listing agreement be cancelled?
A: Yes, absolutely, but I must be given one full week to correct
the problem first, and if not; listing cancelled.
Buyer Questions:

buyers or relocation?
A: Floyd Wickman Master Sales Professional training, Skogman
Realty's development and training center, and twelve years of
working as an elementary school teacher listening to and working
with families and children.
- Q:How are you compensated?
A: Skogman Realty charges a commission from the seller.

A: Absolutely, as well as a 40 page Buyer\'s Packet delivered
right to your home!
- Q:What days/hours are you available to show homes?
A: Seven days a week during hours when I have not already scheduled
blocks of time with my family.
