   A: We have one of the most dynamic search engines in place to help the purchaser find exactly what they are looking for. Also we have seller updates with properties that are currently selling and several hundred reports that will allow the purchaser or seller to maximize their real estate transaction.

   A: Realtor

3. Q: Do you work full- or part-time as a real estate agent?
   A: Full Time. My wife and I have started this team and this is all our family does.

4. Q: How many years of experience do you have?
   A: Over 14 years combined experience in the Real Estate Industry

   A: 50

   A: We have in place in our website a specific plan that allows us to sell and maximize a properties selling price in the shortest amount of time.

2. Q:How long does it take you, on average, to sell a home?
   A: Our average has been 35 days.

3. Q:Will you advertise a property during the entire listing period?
   A: Yes we advertise during the entire process and our marketing plan on our homepage shows exactly how.

4. Q:Should you not perform, can the listing agreement be cancelled?
   A: If I fail to perform the tasks outlined in our marketing plan the listing can be cancelled with only one consultation.

   A: We have spent numerous hours in the classroom searching for the best avenues to help buyers. We have teamed up with American Home Mortgage to utilize the best search engine for properties available. HBM has set us above the rest.

   A: Strictly commission compensated. If we do not find you the ohome of your dreams then you owe us nothing.

   A: I have lived in this area all of my life. My bio perfectly explains our home town roots. My family has been in the area since the 1750's.
