I am strictly a Full Time Full Service real estate agent who can always be reached to discuss the home buying and selling process or simply provide a contact for obtaining professional services or home repair persons.

On average, we sell 22 to 25 homes a year

- Q:Can you provide a specific written marketing plan?
A: We provide a marketing plan for each home we list and sell
- Q:How long does it take you, on average, to sell a home?
A: Ususally 45 to 60 days to sell a home in a balanced market
- Q:Will you advertise a property during the entire listing
period?
A: Throught the listing, we will advertise in over 20 Web Sites as well as The Real Estate Book that everyone reads and relys upon.
- Q:Should you not perform, can the listing agreement be cancelled?
A: The seller can cancell a listing with me at any time for any reason.
Buyer Questions:
- Q:What training have you taken that relates to representing
buyers or relocation?
A: Being a RE/MAX agent provides me the opportunity for in home satellite training programs 24 hours a day on the RE/MAX channel. In addition, I am fullfill a variety of training opportunities through out the year. Being a full time agent being directly involved with people is one on one training in itself.
- Q:How are you compensated?
A: No costs for the buyer, as we are strictly commissioned compensated, based upon and after the transaction is completed.
- Q:Can you provide a FREE relocation package?
A: We provide a free location package via our Web Site, or upon your request we will send a relocation package to you at no cost to you ( FREE ).
- Q:What days/hours are you available to show homes?
A: We are available to show homes seven days a week with electronic access to the home between 8:00 a.m. and 8 p.m.

A: I have lived in the area I service for over 20 years

A: Playing gold and associating / visiting with people. My wife and I are very active in our church.

A: We have served many satisfied families who will speak proudly of our relationship. Several families have bought and sold multiple times.

A: We begin the process with a sit down visit / intoduction which gives us an opportunuity to meet and greet. At this setting we will go over the many disclosures that the client will need to know about. We are real people serving real people. I am incorporated as a Professional Corporation and as such am not going to be here today and gone the next time I am needed.
