    A: I am a Broker having earned the GRI and the ABR designations and a member of The Institute of Luxury Home Marketing

    A: I am full-time.

    A: 7 years

    A: 10

  1. Q:Can you provide a specific written marketing plan?
    A: Yes

  2. Q:How long does it take you, on average, to sell a home?
    A: not more than 3 months

    A: yes, but it depends on service levels of marketing based on Sellers desires
