    A: My website contains a wealth of information. You can learn more about me, find Buyer and Seller Tips, search for a property, learn more about the Charlotte area including area attractions and school information, and request a relocation package.

  2. Q: Are you a realtor, a broker, and/or have professional designations?
    A: I am a Broker/Realtor

  3. Q: Do you work full- or part-time as a real estate agent?
    A: My full time job is real estate.

  4. Q: How many years of experience do you have?
    A: I have 25+ years experience in office administration & finance for both large & small corportaions. Customer service and customer satisfaction have been an integral part of every job I've held.

  5. Q:How many properties do you sell per year on average?
    A: 25+
Seller Questions:
  1. Q:Can you provide a specific written marketing plan?
    A: Absolutely! This is one of the things that I'm passionate about. I sit down with my seller's and thoroughly review the entire sales process and specifically, the marketing of their homes

  2. Q:How long does it take you, on average, to sell a home?
    A: This is not an easy question to answer. It depends on many things; condition, price, location, the current market.

  3. Q:Will you advertise a property during the entire listing period?
    A: Yes. I advertise my properties in the Charlotte Observer, on my personal website, the Allen Tate website, Realtor.com and many other sites.

  4. Q:Should you not perform, can the listing agreement be cancelled?
    A: My top goal is for my clients to be happy and totally satisfied with my service. If they are not happy the listing agreement can be cancelled.
Buyer Questions:
  1. Q:What training have you taken that relates to representing buyers or relocation?
    A: I have completed the Allen Tate Winner's Edge program, which is a three week, full time intensive training program. I have also taken other Professional Development courses offere by Allen Tate, and have recieved the following Allen Tate designations: Masters Designation, Marketing Pro Designation and Financing Designation

  2. Q:How are you compensated?
    A: I am paid by the seller of the home, based on the listing agreement.

  3. Q:Can you provide a FREE relocation package?
    A: Absolutely! I personalize my relocation packages for each persons needs.

  4. Q:What days/hours are you available to show homes?
    A: I am available seven days a week.

Personal Questions:
  1. Q: How long have you lived in the areas you service?
    A: I relocated to the Mooresville area in 2005, so I am very aware of what's involved in moving to a new area.

  2. Q: What are some of your favorite hobbies?
    A: I like boating with my husband, playing with my dogs, browsing through antique shops, spending time with family and friends.

  3. Q: Can you provide a personal resume and references upon request?
    A: Yes! Testimonials from clients are available on my website.

  4. Q: Why should a client work with you versus another agent?
    A: I treat each client how I want to be treated. I provide personal and caring service to every client. I am available to help them throughout the buying or selling process.
