   A: I am a REALTOR, a Broker/Owner and I hold the GRI, CRS, e-Pro and ITI designations

   A: I am FULL TIME.
   
   
4. Q: How many years of experience do you have?
   A: 25
   
   
5. Q:How many properties do you sell per year on average?

   A: Yes
   
   
2. Q:How long does it take you, on average, to sell a home?
   A: Marketing time in our area ranges between 90-120 days
   
   
3. Q:Will you advertise a property during the entire listing period?
   A: Yes
   
   
4. Q:Should you not perform, can the listing agreement be cancelled?
   A: If it is due to my non-performance, yes.
   

1. Q:What training have you taken that relates to representing buyers or relocation?
   A: I have completed the ABR designation, however I do not pay dues to REBAC which will not allow me to claim the ABR designation because I am not a member of the organization.
   
   
2. Q:How are you compensated?
   A: Most compensation is attached to the selling side of the transaction, however if compensation is not attached to the selling side, I negotiate this with my buyer customers/clients.
   
   
3. Q:Can you provide a FREE relocation package?
   A: Yes
   
   
4. Q:What days/hours are you available to show homes?
   A: I am available to show homes any day of the week on an appointment basis, EXCEPT on Sunday from 9-1 and 5-7:30 and Wednesday evening from 6-9. During those times I am attending church services.
