2. Q: Are you a realtor, a broker, and/or have professional designations?
   A: Realtor for 20 years, Graduate of Real Estate Institution & ePro Designation.

3. Q: Do you work full- or part-time as a real estate agent?
   A: I work 24/7

4. Q: How many years of experience do you have?
   A: Since 1974! Scary, isn't it???

5. Q:How many properties do you sell per year on average?
   A: 60 to 70

1. Q:Can you provide a specific written marketing plan?
   A: I provide a marketing plan with all my Listing Presentations.

2. Q:How long does it take you, on average, to sell a home?
   A: If the seller does as I suggest, less than 30 days!

3. Q:Will you advertise a property during the entire listing period?
   A: Always! In several different venues.

4. Q:Should you not perform, can the listing agreement be cancelled?
   A: Yes, that has always been my policy.

   A: Continuing Education, many years of relocating buyers to San Antonio and out of San Antonio.

   A: Only when a property sells through a Listing Agreement.
