  4. Q: Why should a client work with you versus another agent?
    A: Communication and follow up are key in my work. Many sellers and buyers most major complaint about agents in general is lack of keeping in touch. The benefit is keeping the client certain, comfortable and confident.

  5. Q:What is the best way to get in contact with you?
    A: Either via my email or cell.

  6. Q: Is there anything else you would like to inform your clients?
    A: I listen and I care. I'm a trained homebuilder, mortgage loan officer and property adjuster besides being a trained Realtor. I have knowledged in all aspects of real estate and if for any reason, I don't know the answer (due to changing times) I do "find" it.
