   A: I have been in real estate for 6 years, worked in sales for 8 and purchasing for 17.

   A: I don't like to brag about the numbers, just about how the sells transpired.

   A: This depends on a lot of things, the market, the area, the owners, the condition.

   A: Listing Agreements are contracts and can be cancelled at any time for any reason.

   A: I answer my cell phone from 7:00 AM till 9:00 PM and I check my email constantly.

   A: I am also a certified stager and I can help you get your home ready for selling. I am also a HUD agent, so I can get you into any of these homes and help you to buy.
