    A: My Listings, Tips for buyer or sellers, a real estate search tool, Mortgage calculator, school and weather information, other interesting articles and links to other sites.

  2. Q: Are you a realtor, a broker, and/or have professional designations?
    A: I am a Realtor

  3. Q: Do you work full- or part-time as a real estate agent?
    A: Full Time

  4. Q: How many years of experience do you have?
    A: 2 years

  5. Q:How many properties do you sell per year on average?
    A: 15 - 20

Seller Questions:
  1. Q:Can you provide a specific written marketing plan?
    A: Yes

  2. Q:How long does it take you, on average, to sell a home?
    A: 6 months

  3. Q:Will you advertise a property during the entire listing period?
    A: I advertise very proactively, especially on the internet

  4. Q:Should you not perform, can the listing agreement be cancelled?
    A: Yes

Buyer Questions:
  1. Q:What training have you taken that relates to representing buyers or relocation?
    A: At this point in my career, I have had extensive training in Principals and Practices, ethics and marketing.

  2. Q:How are you compensated?
    A: Commission paid by the seller.

  3. Q:Can you provide a FREE relocation package?
    A: I can provide information at no charge targeted to your specific needs.

  4. Q:What days/hours are you available to show homes?
    A: I am available 7 days a week during daylight hours, or evenings by appointment.

Personal Questions:
  1. Q: How long have you lived in the areas you service?
    A: 2 years.

  2. Q: What are some of your favorite hobbies?
    A: Auto Racing, movies, television and computers.

  3. Q: Can you provide a personal resume and references upon request?
    A: Yes.

  4. Q: Why should a client work with you versus another agent?
    A: I go out of my way to help buyers find homes, market homes for sellers, and make sure the transaction goes smoothly every step of the way.

  5. Q:What is the best way to get in contact with you?
    A: I check my email several times a day. I am available by phone, as well, but cell phone coverage in the area is spotty.

  6. Q: Is there anything else you would like to inform your clients?
    A: As a RE/MAX agent I have the support of an International network and, if I can't help you, I will refer you to someone who can. I am also receiving constant training in various aspects of the Real Estate industry. I am experienced in Commercial, Residential and Land sales.
